In order to prevent the transfer of oils, avoid prolonged contact between RangeWax goods and light-colored fabrics. Do not wash. Do not dry clean. Do not starch or iron. Do not store wet garment in confined area. Do not hang on radiators, expose to naked flame, or use artificial heat to dry. To extend the life of this garment; hang to dry naturally. Sponge with cold water when soiled and brush off grit with a soft brush. Periodically reproof seams, areas of abrasion, and any other areas that begin to look dry with refinishing ointment. Be aware that essential re-proofing may mark other clothing or fabrics particularly when unlined garments are worn.

A waxed canvas made to tackle the elements and age like the best bourbon you've ever had. The RangeWax® Blacktail Quilted Jacket features 5.5 ounce, Halley Stevensons wax cotton canvas. Imported from Scotland from a premiere mill established in 1864, known for being the most durable waxed canvas in the market. With an upgraded insulation of 100 grams, this quilted jacket creates a total weather-ready three-season shell. Every detail, from the flip-up corduroy collar, heavy-duty two-way zipper, six-pocket front, left chest security pocket, two interior pockets, and adjustable snap cuffs was conceived to provide the most function possible.

    Bought a medium as reviews of guys 6' were saying the medium was roomy.

    I am 5'9", 190lbs and needed the large. Fits perfect with room to layer. Returned the medium.

    Very warm, great in wind, snow, have not had a hard rain yet. Keeps me toasty warm and dry.

    Even with shipping and exchange rate ( I am Canadian) the jacket to me is worth it. My new winter daily driver, yes I have worn it everyday since I received it.

    Quality garment.

    Love the pockets.

    The double zip is great for when seated or dumping heat.

    Function and Style. It stands out.

    Love it!

    It fits great!! Warm and comfortable even in a winter rainstorm. Would appreciate some pit zips to dump heat while working but I love it.

    Wanted this jacket since I saw it on Yellowstone. Doesn't disappoint. Very high quality material and craftsmanship. My only disappointment is it's no longer MADE in the USA. The tag now says designed in Texas but made overseas. I wasn't exact sure about what size to get but it fit great. I'm 6'2" with wide shoulders and weight about 270 and the XL fit great. The sleve length is great too as i gel a lot of jackets have shorter sleeves for whatever reason. Get the jacket. You'll love it.
